§ 72.63 PROCESSING AND APPROVAL OF APPLICATION.
   Applications for unscheduled intercity buses will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. No more than one application, regardless of operator, shall be approved by the Director of Police or Deputy Chief of Police for a specific date or location.
